Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator/Analyst to manage learning systems, analyze LMS data, and coordinate device/inventory operations.

The role focuses on LMS administration (60–70%) while supporting reporting, instructional design, and inventory management. Candidates should have hands-on LMS administration, system management, reporting, and data analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated LMS Administration/Management experience.
• Hands‑on experience administering an LMS platform.
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
• Experience with Absorb LMS preferred.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or LearnUpon is highly transferable.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in a contact center or high-volume, fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
• Tableau or Medallia experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration – 60–70%: Administer and maintain the LMS (Absorb LMS preferred).
• Manage course uploads, enrollments, and user profiles.
• Maintain banners, leaderboards, notifications, and system communications.
• Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and support users.
• Learning Content & Instructional Design support for digital modules.
• Manage learning content development and LMS deployment.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract, consolidate, and analyze LMS data.
• Use Advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, and trend identification.
• Develop insights and reports for leadership.
• Support executive reporting and learning metrics.
• Device & Inventory Management: Track hardware logistics and inventory.
• Coordinate device shipments with external vendors and maintain records.
