Job summary

Schneider Electric North America Operations is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support reporting and analytics across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations. You will partner with business and technical teams to develop, maintain, and enhance trusted data for decision-making.

You will develop SQL queries, design Tableau dashboards, perform data analysis, support governance and month-end activities, and contribute to data quality and reporting scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, reporting or related analytical role.
• Experience building solutions with SQL Server: complex queries, views and procedures.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and ability to gather and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations reporting and analytics.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve data pipelines and data quality controls.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
• Design and support Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and data sources.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Support month-end/year-end reporting, issue resolution and production support.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation and process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting reliability and performance.
