Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to support Driver Training, Safety and Regulatory teams through LMS administration and reporting. You will collaborate with leaders and curriculum developers to ensure training systems and processes meet business needs.

The role emphasizes data integrity, dashboard development with Power BI, and strong Excel capabilities. This is a full-time role based in Green Bay with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with LMS, BI reporting, analytics, or dashboard development preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
• Effective communication across functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support resource for the Learning Management System (LMS) and training technologies.
• Create reports and dashboards for Driver Training, Safety and Regulatory teams.
• Manage LMS administration, enrollments, content maintenance, audits and compliance-related records.
• Work with curriculum and technology teams to implement training programs.
• Monitor data integrity to ensure accuracy across reporting and learning systems.
• Complete technology testing for the LMS, training and safety technologies, reports and dashboards. Identify measurement needs, track trends and support data-driven decision-making.
