Schneider National in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to support Driver Training, Safety and Regulatory teams through LMS administration and data reporting.

You will build reports and dashboards, manage LMS enrollments and audits, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with curriculum and technology teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with LMS, BI reporting, analytics, or dashboard development preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The Business Reporting Analyst will work with business leaders and curriculum developers to ensure training systems, reporting solutions and operational processes are effective and aligned with business needs.
