Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking an LMS Administrator for a 12+ month contract with hybrid work arrangements. The role focuses on managing SuccessFactors Cloud LMS modules for users and content, and providing frontline e-learning support.

The position includes comprehensive benefits and long-term growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will have at least two years’ LMS admin experience, familiarity with user management, and a track record of delivering reliable LMS support.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' recent experience as LMS administrator, including modules related to users and e-learning content.
• Minimum two years' experience providing frontline technical support to e-learning users.
• Preferred recent experience in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS within last year. Learning SFX Accreditation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performing user-related tasks in SuccessFactors Cloud LMS including curriculum assignment, forced completion of content objects, and assignment of alternate job codes.
• Monitoring feedback loop daily to identify any issues within the content or LMS.
• Documenting information on each reported incident for the purpose of identifying trends.
• Providing frontline e-learning tech support to users.
• Diagnosing issues and selecting the right mitigation, escalating when needed.
• Communicating professionally with users experiencing technical issues.
• Updating knowledge articles based on evolving information.
• Proactively sharing concerns and ideas with the FOP LMS team and making recommendations where appropriate.
• Working with corporate LMS team to ensure system updates are communicated, tested and supported.
• Building and maintaining curricula, items, assessments and content objects in the LMS.
• Initiating adhoc reports for the Learning team and stakeholders.
