Job summary

Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator I to manage the enterprise LMS at the Joyce M Blackmon Training Center in Memphis. The role covers user roles, catalogs, assignments, and ensuring accurate learning content.

You will partner with HR, HRIS/IT, and business units to support employee training, leadership development, and regulatory compliance, while monitoring system health and generating routine reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience administering an enterprise LMS.
• Experience with cloud-based LMS platforms preferred (Oracle Learning Cloud).
• Understanding of HRIS/LMS integration concepts and learning data.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS including user roles, permissions, security groups, and assignments.
• Maintain catalogs, paths, certifications, curricula, and compliance learning requirements.
• Monitor notifications, workflows, and processes for effective delivery and tracking.
• Troubleshoot, report, and coordinate system updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to resolve LMS issues.
