NetImpact Strategies is seeking an LMS Administrator to support government-approved learning management systems and related training technologies. The role involves configuring catalogs, learning paths, prerequisites, and assignments, while ensuring completion requirements are met.

You will troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, and course-launch issues, documenting resolutions. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of LMS experience are expected, with SCORM and Excel proficiency strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, education, instructional technology, business, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience supporting learning management systems.
• Working knowledge of SCORM-based course packages and Excel proficiency.

• Support day-to-day administration of government-approved LMS and training technologies.
• Configure and maintain course catalogs, learning paths, prerequisites, assignments, and completion requirements.
• Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, course-launch, and completion-record issues; document resolutions.
