Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Management, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with accurate learner records and training content.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, logistics, and resource preparation.
• Track training completions, certifications, and attendance to support compliance requirements.
• Generate reports and dashboards on training metrics, completion rates, and learning effectiveness.
• Provide support to employees regarding LMS access, registrations, and training requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training programs are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve training administration processes and data accuracy.
• Monitor mandatory training compliance and address gaps or overdue requirements.
• Order, troubleshoot, and maintain devices used for training purposes.
