The Learning Management System (LMS) Manager serves as the global owner and subject matter expert for Crawford’s learning technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for overseeing the governance, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the LMS, ensuring it supports employee development, onboarding, compliance training, continuing education, professional certifications, leadership programs, and technical claims training across the organization.

The LMS Manager collaborates closely with HR, Compliance, Claims Operations, IT, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver a secure, scalable, and engaging learning experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• LMS administration, configuration, and system optimization
• Managing integrations and ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Reporting, analytics, and learning metrics
• System testing, upgrades, and release management
• Vendor and stakeholder management
