Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA, Inc.) is seeking an LMS Administrator for a contract role to support Cornerstone training systems at client locations in La Vista, NE, Atlanta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.

The role requires hands-on LMS administration, data management, and reporting for multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree in HR or instructional design and 3+ years of LMS experience, with Cornerstone experience considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in HR, instructional design, or related field.
• Three+ years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, testing, implementation, integration, and administration of the LMS (Cornerstone).
• Manage LMS data accuracy and accessibility.
• Oversee LMS customizations to meet stakeholder needs.
• Develop tailored reports on internal requests.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional training stakeholders.
• Manage system updates, bug fixes, and maintenance.
• Communicate maintenance windows to stakeholders.
• Apply adult learning principles to learning delivery.
• Identify root causes through data analysis and recommend solutions.
• Manage Cornerstone vendor relations and future migration projects.
