Equiliem is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to remotely manage and optimize the Cornerstone LMS for employee training and development. You will oversee system administration, data accuracy, reporting, upgrades, integrations, and related change management, translating stakeholder requirements into effective learning solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Cornerstone experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across HR and business

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of LMS administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of LMS issues and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, testing, implementation, integration, and administration of the Cornerstone LMS.
• Maintain accurate LMS data and training records.
• Develop and maintain LMS reports in response to requests.
