Qualifications

As a Consulting LMS Administrator in the Healthcare industry, you will be responsible for administering and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), managing training content and curricula, troubleshooting LMS issues, developing reports, gathering business requirements, performing system testing, and supporting end users. You will be working with platforms such as UC Learning Center, Cornerstone, SumTotal, and similar systems.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to manage the LMS which houses and reports records of all APeX Training. You will ensure the system is used correctly and efficiently, as any failure could impact our ability to onboard new hires, residents, fellows, and students, as well as document training properly. You will also be responsible for working with other systems such as Sharepoint, ServiceNow, MS Office products, etc.

In addition, you will collaborate with the clinical/business operations, Human Resources, and the Training Team to develop New Hire, upgrade, projects and go-live training schedules. You will provide excellent customer service to end users, track issues and follow-up as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in LMS administration and support, preferably with UC Learning Center, Cornerstone, SumTotal, or similar platforms. Experience with HTML, ServiceNow, Zoom, and classroom technology is highly desirable. Strong analytical, technical, documentation, communication, and customer-service skills are essential.

Candidates should also have experience supporting healthcare, Epic/APeX training, or other large-scale learning environments. They must have demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds and have intermediate knowledge of related areas of IT; including LMSs, ServiceNow, Sharept, HTML.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.

General knowledge of business and processes of systems’ training departments, knowledge relating to software design, and demonstrated testing and test planning skills are also required.
