• At least 2 years managing a Docebo LMS.
• Experience automating learner journeys for 1,000+ users.
• Proficient with SCORM, xAPI, and video delivery.
• Strong data management with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Set up Learn/ Discover/ Shape features and automatic learner enrollments.
• Integrate Docebo with HRIS and content vendors via APIs or webhooks for SSO.
• Upload and manage SCORM/xAPI/AICC content; administer ILT and VILT catalogs.
• Build dashboards and reports showing completions, audit trails, skills gaps.
• Monitor overdue trainings and send automatic alerts.
• Help employees with system issues and coordinate with Docebo support.

LMS Administrator

We are looking for an LMS Administrator at Ryan Fireprotection. In this role, you will manage, set up, and improve our Docebo Learn LMS. You will maintain and manage our employee training programs, track required training, provide required reporting, and help make sure our employees have a good online learning experience. The best fit is someone who is strong with data, knows the platform well, and enjoys supporting people across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Configuration

• Be the main technical contact and super-admin for Docebo.
• Manage how Docebo is organized, including Branches, Groups, Power Users, and multi-tenant setups that fit our company structure.
• Set up and maintain Docebo features such as Discover, Learn, and Shape, including automatic rules for enrolling learners, dynamic assignments, reporting, and grouping audiences.
• Keep Docebo connected to our learning content vendors and our HRIS system through APIs or webhooks, so Single Sign-On (SSO) accounts and data update automatically.

Learning Content & Course Management

• Upload, test, and manage self-paced learning content, including SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI (Tin Can), and AICC packages.
• Build and manage Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) course catalogs, sessions, and attendance tracking in the system.

Reporting, Analytics & Compliance

• Build and schedule custom reporting dashboards that show completions, audit trails, and skills gaps.
• Check required training tracks (such as annual security or safety training) and set up automatic alerts for overdue tasks.

User Management & Troubleshooting

• Serve as the internal help desk for employees and managers who have system speed issues, enrollment errors, or login problems.
• Work directly with Docebo Help Desk / Vendor Support to log tickets, track platform bugs, and keep up with monthly updates and release notes.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing a Docebo LMS.
• Proven experience managing automated learner journeys for mid-sized companies (1,000+ users).
• Skilled with SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, and video delivery methods.
• Strong data management skills. Advanced Excel (such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) is essential for checking data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly to people without a technical background.
• Highly organized and detail‑minded. This is vital for keeping user groups, permissions, and compliance records accurate.
