• 8+ years of machine learning experience or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of direct management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience taking an LLM-based solution from inception to market.
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering projects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large language model driven ML solutions.
• Oversee data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.
• Apply ML to public safety areas such as 911 dispatch and case management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable products.
• Create reusable components to connect research and production teams.
