Motorola Solutions seeks an AI Manager Language Models to guide the development and deployment of Large Language Model solutions. You will bridge AI research and production engineering building reliable ML systems for public safety application areas, including emergency 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of machine learning experience
• 2+ years of direct management experience
• Experience leading an LLM-based solution from inception to market
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering
• Strong written and oral communication in English

Mansioni

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions
• Work across all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.
• Apply your knowledge to public safety application areas such as 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable machine learning products
• Create reusable components to support integration between research teams and production engineering
