Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an AI Manager Language Models to guide development and deployment of Large Language Model ML solutions for public safety and enterprise use. Bridge AI research and production engineering to build reliable ML systems with a focus on 911 dispatch, case management, and related workflows.

You will support a collaborative team across the ML lifecycle, turning state-of-the-art language tech into dependable, real-world solutions that assist first responders and safety

Qualifications

• 8+ years of machine learning experience in research or related field.
• 2+ years in direct management of technical teams.
• Experience leading an LLM-based solution from inception to market.
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large language model driven ML solutions.
• Oversee all stages of the ML lifecycle: data curation, training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, feedback.
• Apply expertise to public safety applications such as 911 handling, dispatch, and case management; enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and researchers to build scalable ML products.
• Create reusable components to connect research and production teams.
