You will bridge AI research and production engineering, focusing on public-safety applications like 911 handling, dispatch, and case management, while delivering dependable ML systems for first responders and safety professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML research or equivalent advanced degree
• 2+ years of direct management experience
• Experience leading LLM-based solutions
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions
• Oversee data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation and feedback
• Apply ML to public safety areas such as 911, dispatch and case management, plus enterprise apps
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable ML products
• Create reusable components to connect research and production teams
