Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an AI Manager Language Models to guide the development and deployment of Large Language Model solutions. You will bridge AI research and production engineering, building reliable ML systems for public safety applications and enterprise settings, including 911 dispatch and case management.

You will support a collaborative team across the ML lifecycle, transforming state-of-the-art language tech into dependable, real-world solutions for first responders and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years ML experience.
• 2+ years of direct management experience.
• Experience leading LLM-based solutions from inception to market.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions.
• Oversee data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback.
• Apply ML to public safety areas such as 911 handling, dispatch, and case management; support enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable ML products.
• Create reusable components to connect research and production teams.
