Job summary

DryWater is seeking a Social Media Manager & Live Commerce Creator to lead our wellness-focused social presence. You will craft engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, host live shopping events, and grow our audience through influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of social media experience for a CPG, wellness or health-focused brand.
• Experience creating high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfortable and confident on camera, including hosting TikTok Live and Instagram Live.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DryWater’s social media strategy across all major platforms.
• Create, capture, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content.
• Host regular TikTok Live and Instagram Live sessions to educate, entertain, engage customers, and drive sales.
• Grow followers, engagement, reach, and community across all social channels.
• Create and manage the social content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, creators, photographers, and the creative team.
• Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities.
• Provide regular reporting on audience growth, engagement, Live performance, and overall social KPIs.

• Provide regular reporting on audience growth, engagement, Live performance, and overall social KPIs

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of social media experience for a CPG, wellness, or health-focused brand
• Experience creating high-performing content for TikTok and Instagram
• Comfortable and confident on camera, including hosting TikTok Live and Instagram Live
• Strong video shooting and editing skills
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and community building
• Strong taste, creativity, work ethic, and attention to detail
