Qualifications

• Livestock experience required; swine or cattle preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with livestock haulers and team.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with managing spreadsheets and email; knowledge of Live Scale.

Responsibilities

• Oversee yards receiving processes to ensure safe handling and accurate counts/identification.
• Coordinate with FSIS inspectors, producers, haulers, handlers, maintenance, procurement, and plant operations.
• Assist General Manager Yards and Senior Yard Supervisor; manage time and attendance.
