Job summary

H2ajobs seeks a livestock farm worker in Lodgepole, SD, to feed and water animals, monitor supplies, and move stock between pastures and facilities. You will inspect animals, assist with births, and maintain pens, equipment, and records of feeding and growth. Minimum three months experience is required.

You must be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30 days and pass a drug screen and background check. English is required on site.

Responsibilities

• Feed and water livestock daily and monitor supplies.
• Move animals between pastures, pens, and facilities; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Assist with births and basic veterinary tasks as needed; keep growth and feeding records.
• Maintain clean stalls, pens, and fences and ensure biosecurity practices.
