Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a food & beverage management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and coordinate with other departments.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining operations and front-of-house teams.
• Plan and manage daily briefings, safety, sanitation and service standards.
• Drive P&L performance and meet client financial targets.
• Ensure efficient operations with cost controls and margin improvements.
• Coordinate with Food Service Director to deliver finished products.
