Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a skilled Box Office Manager for Regent Bank Amphitheatre in Broken Arrow, OK. You will supervise ticket sellers, reconcile daily transactions, and coordinate all event information with promoters and venue staff.

The role requires strong cash handling, customer service, and knowledge of ticketing systems. You will open and close the box office, process group sales, and ensure accurate reporting for each event.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience in accounting and customer service essential.
• Box office experience strongly preferred and supervisory skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily business transaction reports and nightly deposits.
• Supervises and schedules ticket sellers and handles payroll.
• Coordinates event information between promoter, venue staff and ticket company.
• Maintains ticket inventory records and processes group sales orders.
• Responds to customer questions and handles Will-Call and sales.
• Opens/closes box office and ensures accurate cash handling.
