Job summary

Aramark in Broken Arrow, OK, is hiring for an In-seat Runner/Busser at the Regent Bank Amphitheater. You will maintain inventory, stock pantries, and assist in keeping in-seat spaces clean to support a five-star guest experience.

This hourly, seasonal, part-time role requires the ability to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and work evenings and events. Prior ServSafe certification is required or will be trained on hire; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25lbs.
• ServSafe Alcohol Certification required or will be trained on hire.
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent required or will be trained on hire.
• Ability to push a cart up to 50lbs through doorways and over carpet.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work 6–10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Stocking of all pantries with product.
• Ensure suites are inventoried and stocked to department par standards.
• Refilling par bars within the suites and private areas.
• Shifts include standing and sitting for 6-10 hours.
• Stocking of the in-seat locations.
• Assisting in inventory controls.
• Assisting in running food on event days.
• Assisting in cleanliness of in-seat spaces and surrounding areas.
• Use PPE and PPE as required, and secure assets.
• Interact with clients and guests about business activities.

The In-seat Runner is responsible for keeping inventory of items, stocking, and cleaning/ clearing products and items to ensure business and customer needs are met.

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five‑star, white‑gloved experience is made.

Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Stocking of all pantries with product
• Ensures that individual suites are inventoried and stocked to department par standards

• Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business‑related activities and attend meetings, as required

Qualifications

• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs. through doorways and over carpet (Required)
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to multi‑task
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/ or usage of PPE. This role also may be outside so may be exposed to sun and other inclement weather.
