Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Facility Engineer to maintain all facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and climate control. This role is paid hourly at $25.00–$27.00 with Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building systems and equipment to ensure reliable service.
• Perform routine inspections and diagnose issues in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Coordinate shutdown/startups of utilities; work with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Support safety programs and OSHA/NFPA compliance; assist with emergency plans.
• Assist with setup/takedown for events and basic facility repairs as needed.
