Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in general facility maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintaining facilities and equipment repairs.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to accurately fill out web forms and check & respond to email.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and required specifications.
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge or ability to learn company/local/state/federal safety standards requirements.
• Willingness and a ‘can-do' attitude to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks and projects as required.
• Willingness to report for emergencies as able/required.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Event engineering needs such as setup and changeovers, laying power, unlocking doors, and radio communications for engineering assistance.
• Maintenance and repair of doors, hardware, millwork, seats, furniture, rails, staging, fixtures, and related equipment.
• General maintenance and repair of facility equipment, auxiliary systems, and minor electrical/plumbing repairs.
• Routine preventative maintenance on equipment; oils, lubricates, and cleans components as directed.
• Track daily performance and completed tasks using the MicroMain system.
• Communicate with management and team members and escalate issues as required.
• Learn OVG safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and replace defective parts and equipment as directed.
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and manufacturer specs to determine requirements.
• Organize, inventory, and maintain engineering tools and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and outages; participate in training programs.
