Job summary

Oak View Group in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an Engineering Manager to supervise the maintenance and operation of complex electrical and HVAC systems in a large venue. You will lead technicians, coordinate contractors, and implement reliability programs.

The role requires hands-on oversight, EPA refrigerant certification, OSHA knowledge, and experience with Johnson Controls Metasys. Travel for events may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized technical training in electrical systems and HVAC.
• At least 4 years of building maintenance experience with 2+ years in supervision.
• EPA certification for refrigerants.
• Strong experience with electrical and HVAC systems in large facilities.
• Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys or similar BMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and HVAC system maintenance for large facilities.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
• Manage budget for Maintenance Engineering Department.
• Track asset reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate events and utility services for venues.
