Job summary

Oak View Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and planned maintenance of site assets and to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and carpentry systems at our venue.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $23.00 - $26.00. Benefits for Full-Time roles include Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation, sick days, and 11 holidays).

Qualifications

• Experience in large facilities with maintenance duties.
• 3+ years hands-on facilities maintenance or related trades.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintenance documents.
• Forklift license and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily building and event maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, painting, and electrical work.
• Repair doors, hardware, seats, fixtures and carpentry tasks.
• Record labor, parts, repairs and work performed in logs and systems.
• Read blueprints and manufacturer specs to determine work procedures.
• Assist with event set-ups and safe operation of equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean storage areas and plan cost-effective labor use.
• Drive company vehicle for parts and off-site procurement as needed.
