Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Lead Specialist, Solutioning to act as the subject‑matter expert and solution architect for instructor‑led and blended learning offerings across enterprise accounts.

You will partner with Sales, Client Partners, Product Management, Training Operations, Customer Success, and Delivery to design scalable solutions that address workforce transformation and business outcomes. Strong consultative and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning solutions, training services, or workforce development.
• Experience designing and positioning instructor-led and virtual training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary solutioning lead for live training opportunities across enterprise clients.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business objectives, workforce challenges, learner audiences, and success metrics.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable live training solutions, learning journeys, and implementation approaches.
• Partner with Client Partners and Sales teams during opportunity qualification, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrate the value of live training within larger workforce transformation and skills development programs.
• Develop tailored recommendations that balance customer outcomes, delivery feasibility, and commercial objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Pearson's instructor-led training, virtual delivery, certification programs, coaching offerings, skills assessments, and workforce solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for live training products and learning pathways.
• Collaborate with Product Management to identify market opportunities, customer needs, and portfolio enhancements.
• Support the development of repeatable solution bundles and go-to-market offerings.
• Contribute to sales enablement assets, playbooks, proposal templates, and client-facing collateral.
