Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fashion styling or related field.
• 2+ years of styling experience in a similar environment.
• 2+ years of assistant fashion styling experience.
• Ability to thrive in a live show atmosphere and maintain professional composure.

Responsabilités

• Execute initiatives such as Today\'s Special Value kickoffs and designer shows.
• Pre-style and prep wardrobe for models.
• Collaborate with Lead Fashion Stylist on brand presentation.
• Interpret style guides to align with brand while differentiating from personal style.
• Maximize sales opportunities by styling across brands.
• Create model lineups and manage model counts and colors for each show.
• Maintain relationship with models and manage on-show appearances.
• Coordinate with production teams and troubleshoot live show changes.
• Maintain organized closet inventory and handle product logistics.
