Job summary

Playtech in Michigan is seeking an IT Tech Support Technician to maintain, install, and troubleshoot live studio operational equipment and on-site computer systems and networks. You will ensure compliance with Gaming Commission regulations, provide technical support for streaming hardware, and document issues and resolutions as part of daily tasks.

The role requires 21+ years old, 1 year IT experience, Windows proficiency, and willingness to work varied shifts; a Michigan Gaming License may be

Qualifications

Must adhere to Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
Provide technical support for video streaming equipment, data, optical and network systems.
Install and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and hardware per management requests.
Maintain reports and documentation of work performed and times.
Be able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must obtain Michigan Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Maintain, install and troubleshoot live studio operational equipment.
Assist with set-up and maintenance of on-site computer systems and networks.
Respond to user calls, diagnose software problems and resolve issues.
Monitor streaming equipment and network connections; provide day-to-day support.
Prepare technical reports and ensure compliance with procedures.
