Job summary

Playtech Live NJ is seeking a Team Manager to oversee and engage the Live Dealers and Shufflers in a streaming environment. You will ensure professional service, monitor real-time operations, and drive performance to meet targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of management and gaming experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while maintaining confidentiality and a cohesive team culture. Pennsylvania/West Virginia licenses may be pursued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• At least 1 year of gaming-related experience.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite, familiarity with Excel.
• Good cooperation skills and able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations.
• Maintain a professional and clear communication with employees.
• Ability to teach and explain the company's policies and procedures.
• Be able to give constructive feedback and supervise teamwork.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, motivate, and manage Dealers and Shufflers to hit targets and improve service quality.
• Monitor real-time service levels during shifts at assigned tables.
• Implement promotions and marketing activities per company policy and track their effectiveness.
• Summarize daily performance and prepare reports for management.
• Organize monthly meetings with staff to provide feedback and share updates.
• Lead training for new employees and assess training needs.
