• Lead real-time incident response as primary point of contact.
• Troubleshoot issues across the streaming pipeline with internal tools.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to drive resolution.
• Document incidents and contribute to post-event reviews.
• Ensure defined workflows are followed and handoffs between shifts.
• Support cross-functional projects and high-priority coverage.
• Communicate key issues to incoming operators during handoffs.
