Job summary

Legends Global Merchandise is hiring at the University of Miami for an in-store sales role within Legends & ASM Global. You will greet guests, recommend products, and manage stock while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong selling skills, teamwork, and the ability to work weekends and long events. A high school diploma is required, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, fun environment for diverse staff and fans.
• Greet guests and assess interests to guide sales recommendations.
• Maintain accuracy when using POS systems for transactions.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and shelf replenishment.
• Present merchandise to boost sales and suggest add-ons.
• Describe features and benefits of products to customers.
• Stay informed on promotions, events, and store plans.
• Maintain inventory levels and accurate counts; support stock checks.
• Expand product knowledge about facility and offerings.
• Support gift shop setup, planograms, and placement.
• Read and implement planograms; work with supervisor on layouts.
