Qualifications

• The candidate must be a current University of Miami student.
• Interest in sports management, ticketing, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and assist season ticket holders across all ticketed sports.
• Coordinate and execute service calls, emails, and other touchpoints to current customers.
• Assist with service on game days, member events, and special events.
• Use Salesforce to record client interactions, feedback, issues and follow-up.
• Assist with ticketing admin tasks, including account updates and delivery questions.
• Support renewal campaigns and onboarding efforts as directed by leadership.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by leadership.
• Meet daily activity expectations: calls, activities, and related metrics.
