Job summary

Legends is seeking a Merchandise Associate to create a legendary game-day experience for fans. You will greet guests, recommend merchandise, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include restocking, maintaining displays, and accurately handling inventory. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work weekends or event days as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Be willing to work extended hours on event days.
• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience in a comparable company.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ascertain their interest to make sales recommendations.
• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our team and fan base.
• Maintain inventory and merchandise placement with accurate counts.
• Describe merchandise features and explain use to customers.
• Assist in inventory and restocking as needed.
