Idea Nuova Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Executive to own and grow our digital marketplace and social commerce book. You will manage live selling on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and Instagram, curate inventory placements, and work with marketing to convert trends into buy-through.

The role combines live-selling dynamics with analytical account management across platforms like Wayfair, Overstock, and Target Plus, offering a fast-paced path for an early-career seller.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital sales.
• Fluent in Excel/Sheets and comfortable reading platform dashboards.
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Excellent communicator representing brands to external partners.
• On-camera comfort or interest in live selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the digital marketplace and social commerce book.
• Build and run selling calendars, drops, and live/shoppable moments.
• Curate shows and collections from inventory and new product placement.
• Partner with content and marketing to drive sell-through and trends.
• Manage item setup, pricing, content quality, and promotions for marketplace accounts.
