Job summary

Idea Nuova, Inc. is looking for an Associate Account Executive to own and grow the company’s digital marketplace and social commerce book.

You’ll manage live selling on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and Instagram, and oversee managed marketplace accounts such as Wayfair, Overstock, and Target Plus to drive revenue and GMV growth. The role blends a fast-paced, content-driven selling mindset with analytical account management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital sales.
• Comfortable switching between live-selling and analytical account management.
• Fluent with data and platform dashboards to drive decisions.
• Excellent communicator representing brands and the company.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the digital marketplace and social commerce book across platforms.
• Manage live selling calendars, drops, and shoppable moments to convert trust into sell-through.
• Own item setup, pricing, content quality, and promotions for Wayfair, Overstock, and Target Plus.
• Use platform reporting to defend buy box, expand catalog, and protect margins.
