Job summary

The Walt Disney Company, through ESPN Productions, is hiring a Resource Coordinator I in Charlotte, NC to support the Content Operations Team in a fast-paced live production setting. You will help maintain personnel and facility schedules, coordinate updates, and ensure full coverage for shows and networks.

You will work with a team to handle schedule changes, communicate updates clearly, and provide administrative and reporting support on planning initiatives as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of operations, resource planning, or scheduling experience.
• Need to work effectively under tight deadlines and in collaborative teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily and monthly personnel and facility schedules for Content Operations groups, ensuring coverage in a live production environment.
• Implement changes from Programming or Production and adjust staffing as needed; communicate updates to affected groups.
• Evaluate and propose staffing options for events to cover illnesses, vacations, or absences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ESPN/ABC programming and scheduling procedures.
• May participate in special event coverage or projects.
