Job summary

Disney's ESPN division is seeking a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day workforce planning and business operations within the Content group. You will help plan resources, manage schedules, review time and expenses, and ensure policies are followed, enabling efficient production workflows.

In this role, you will collaborate with production, operations, HR, legal and vendor partners, drive process improvements, and train team members as needed to meet project timelines and confidential

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of business, personnel, production, or operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with budgeting and time management.
• Effective communication across high-volume channels (email, phone, in-person).
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with guidance as needed.
• Ability to adapt quickly to sensitive production and personnel situations.
• Experience in resource management and business operations (contracts, invoices, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Executes workforce planning and business operations for ESPN's Content division.
• Plans, requests, and allocates resources; schedules personnel/facilities; reviews time entry and expenses.
• Analyzes scenarios and creates plans within budgets and policies.
• Keeps up-to-date on business processes and workforce guidelines.
• Educates others on policies and processes; promotes adherence.
• Partners with departments (Production, Operations, HR, Legal) and attends stakeholder meetings.
• Develops and enhances technology tools and workflow processes.
• Provides training to team members and new hires as needed.
• Ensures timelines are met for projects and tasks.
• Handles confidential materials (budgets, fees, performance).
• Participates in hiring, vendor management, contract drafting, and timecard reviews.
