Job summary

ESPN Production is seeking a Production Coordinator to support workforce planning and business operations within ESPN’s Content division. You will schedule resources, manage vendor contracts, and ensure policy adherence while seeking efficiencies across workflows.

You will interact with Production, Operations, HR, Legal, and other teams, and may work non-traditional hours during peak production times. A focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of business, personnel, production, or operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
• Effective communication in high-volume emails, calls, and meetings.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with some guidance.
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of production and personnel situations.
• Experience with resource management and business operations tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Executes workforce planning and business operations for ESPN’s Content division.
• Plans, requests, and allocates resources; schedules personnel and facilities; tracks time and expenses.
• Analyzes content scenarios and develops plans within budgets and processes.
• Maintains knowledge of business processes and workforce guidelines.
• Educates colleagues on policies and processes; promotes adherence.
• Coordinates with departments and acts as liaison across productions/HR/legal.
• Participates in developing and enhancing technology tools and workflows.
• Provides training to team members and new hires as needed.
• Ensures timelines are met for all projects and tasks.
