The Resource Coordinator supports the day-to-day planning and scheduling functions of the Content Operations Team in a fast-paced, constantly changing live production environment.Working as part of a coordinated team, this role focuses on maintaining and adjusting personnel and facility schedules for ESPN shows and networks; communicating updates clearly and quickly to internal partners and external stakeholders; and ensuring coverage across a 24/7 operation. The Resource Coordinator also provides administrative and reporting support on planning initiatives and other assignments as directed by management.
The hiring range for this position in Charlotte, NC is $51,500 to $68,900 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
