Job summary
VERSANT Media is seeking a Manager of Production & Technical Operations to lead day-to-day live production operations. Based on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, you will coordinate production personnel and work with Editorial, Engineering, Broadcast Operations, NOC/MOC, Facilities, and other partners to ensure readiness and resolve issues in real time.
You will guide staffing, training, and development of a high-performing Production Operations team while advancing new production technologies
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in live television studio/production operations.
- Strong knowledge of studio/control room workflows and roles.
- Sound judgment and timely decision-making under pressure.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication.
- Willingness to work on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Lead live production operations across studios and control rooms.

- Manage crews and freelance production professionals.
