VERSANT Media in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Technical Operations team to oversee on-air cable and streaming workflows across Sports, News, and Entertainment channels. You will lead a shift, manage live events, coordinate with Sales Ops, Engineering, and Programming, and ensure 99.999% on-air reliability and fast issue resolution in a 24x7 broadcast environment.

Qualifications

3+ yrs experience in an On-air broadcast environment.
3+ yrs knowledge of television production and broadcast operations requirements.
Strong computer, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to lead, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Supervise a shift of on-air cable operations for Versant networks and streaming events.
Monitor and maintain satellite, fiber, terrestrial distribution, and cloud streams.
Ensure 99.999% on-air reliability and schedules.
Manage daily maintenance events in the NOC.
Coordinate day-of-air scheduling and live event execution with multiple departments.
