Job summary

UserWise Services in the mobile free-to-play space seeks a Live-Ops Game Designer to own LiveOps strategy, game economy health, and systems design focused on engagement, retention, and monetization while centering the player experience.

You will design and balance LiveOps events, economies, and progression, use data to validate assumptions, run AB tests, and optimize for performance across IAP/IAA where applicable. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F2P mobile game design with LiveOps focus.
• Experience balancing hard currency pricing and inflation.
• Experience designing and monetization loops.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and balance LiveOps events with calendar planning.
• Design and balance game economies, HC pricing, sinks, inflation.
• Own feature unlock sequencing and progression pacing.
• Design offers and monetization loops for IAP/IAA.
• Use data and AB tests to tune progression and event performance.
