Job description

Responsibilities

• Core gameplay design, meta-game and progression systems.
• Propose, develop and balance the economic system in the game.
• Design events, LiveOps, player retention and monetization systems.
• Work closely with Producer, Artist and Developer to turn ideas into finished products.
• Analyze player data to optimize experience and retention.
• Monitor market trends, research competitors and suggest improvements.
