Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to support weekly payroll, production reporting, and cross-department communication within our facilities. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely data entry in SAP and Microsoft Office.

You will coordinate chick deliveries, maintain production schedules, and serve internal and external customers with professional, clear communication, contributing to safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.
• Must be organized and detail minded.
• Must have customer service skills.
• Confidentiality a must.

Responsibilities

• Preparing company farm and grower payroll weekly.
• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP.
• Communication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customers.
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries.
• Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed.
• Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
