Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or plant support experience.

• Ability to communicate and read production orders, SOPs and safety rules.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain and organize plant logs, records, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and daily coordination.
• Create and submit purchase requisitions and process POs.
• Track KPIs and pull plant reports.
• Coordinate plant events and cross-functional activities.
