The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior computer skills, and experience with SAP, Shop Floor, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or plant support experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Create daily production orders in SAP and distribute to supervisors and load-out personnel.
• Schedule inbound truck appointments for raw receiving.
• Maintain yield tracking and inventory controls; monitor KPI trends.
• Review daily SOPs and forward updates to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
• Distribute load sheets and coordinate pick-up times via incoming mail.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and employee documentation as needed.
