Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Live Operations Coordinator to support payroll, reporting, and daily operations with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. You will coordinate with farms, service techs, managers, and customers, preparing weekly payroll and generating SAP-based production reports.

The role requires excellent communication, strong office skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding Pilgrim’s safety standards and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confidentiality a must.

Responsibilities

• Preparing company farm and grower payroll weekly.
• Daily, weekly and monthly production reporting using SAP.
• Communication between department manager, service techs, farms, internal and external customers
• Record keeping and filing of confidential materials
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating chick deliveries
• Maintain farmer/grower information and update as needed
• Maintain monthly and annual placement schedules
• Other duties as assigned
